Sinead's years of experience in the Normandy will ensure a unique experience discovering culinary Normandy and its history.
Tour Detail:
On this cooking holiday the Wild Kitchen gives you the opportunity to learn a range of versatile dishes from the Normandy and gain a greater understanding of how to select and use fresh products and herbs. Visit the local markets of Bricquebec and Les Pieux, beautiful medieval towns and buy any products you need for your cooking.

Join Sinead and cook some delicious dishes from local produce and discover how aromatic plants and vegetables can become the base for an exiting gastronomic experience. Visit the Theo Capelle's Ciderie in the heart of the Normandy and see how apples are transformed into cider, pommeau and calvados. Once you are done with your cooking visit some local sights such as the D-Day beaches, Sainte Mere Eglise, UTAH beach, Bayeux or Le Mont Saint Michel.

The Wilde kitchen is located only 20 kms south west of the ferry port of Cherbourg, in the beautiful Cotentin Peninsula only 6 kms from sandy beaches. Guest stay in a charming 18th century property with two stylish bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms as well as a self-catering apartment.
